Designing your invitation
When contacting the calligrapher for an invitation design you need to decide whether you want it 'bespoke' - ie individually handwritten, or "master" - ie a single design for print. For larger occasions the printing option is definitely more economical and if necessary individual names can be added later. There is a limit to the number of bespoke invitations, but for small parties of between twenty to thirty people it can be very effective as special papers and effects can be produced.
